Michigan Foreclosures Among The Worst In U.S.

Michigan's foreclosure rate fell 11.6 percent from September but jumped 17.1 percent over the same month last year. The state was the third worst in the nation for foreclosures, accounting for nearly 6 percent of all U.S. home losses. (The Detroit News)
