Stephen J. Carson, principal of Carson Equities LLC, procures and completes a lease agreement on a 10,000 square-foot building with Thomas A. Duke Company at Haggerty Pointe, Farmington Hills, Mich. Carson represented JPRA Architects, PC, tenant, and Thomas A. Duke Company represented the Haggerty Pointe Associates, LLC, landlord.
